Vision + Aligned Action

It’s been a few months since I had my business epiphany of where I want to focus my professional efforts. Although, I may have been silent publicly, there has been a lot happening behind the scenes. It’s funny once you have such a clear vision and message hitting you so strongly, you would think YES! Now things will really start to pick up. Well, interestingly, it had the opposite effect on me. The walls went up and suddenly I had that all too familiar feeling of doubt and fear creep back in, which always brings me back to one of my favorite quotes from Marianne Williamson’s Return to Love:

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won’t feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It’s not just in some of us; it’s in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.

This quote holds deep significance for me as it always seems to pop up when I need that nudge or loving reminder to keep focused on what inspires me and what led me down this path to begin with…that spark of enlightenment and purpose. It’s a feeling so indescribable but so magical. So after a bit of a hiatus, I am now ready to fully commit and wholeheartedly embark on my business mission to support heart-centered entrepreneurs create aligned experiences full of authenticity and grace with a touch of magic.

These past few months have been transformational for me even though I’ve been a bit quiet. I’ve stepped up my spiritual practice and gone deeper inwardly. In April, I committed to 40 days of Ego Eradicator. Here’s more info about this particular Kundalini meditation from my fave mentor and teacher, Gabby Bernstein.

At that time, I also began re-reading A Course in Miracles. I’ve attempted this several times in the past but this time it truly was different. I’ve committed to reading and doing the lessons daily. Today’s lesson was a great push to actually resurrect my blog and start to build that social connection once again. The message was around vision, “Let me welcome vision and the happy world it will show me. Let me call upon this gift today, so that this day may help me to understand eternity.”

And during a special card reading with one of my closest dearest friends, soul sister and fellow spirit junkie (check out her site, she is beyond amazing!), I was given a very clear message about where my business is going and what it represents which aligned perfectly with messages I received previously. One of the cards from the reading was Goddess Sarasvati (or Saraswati) symbolizing The Arts. "Express yourself through creative activities." This hit me really strong especially with my recent epiphany that I am meant to provide services to help healers, teachers, coaches, lightworkers spread their message to the masses; supporting creative endeavors for heart-centered entrepreneurs in the metaphysical, spiritual and intuitive arts.

Here's a little more about this Goddess..."Sarasvati’s themes are learning, wisdom and communication.  Her symbols are white flowers (especially Lotus), marigolds and swans. A Hindu Goddess of eloquence and intelligence, Sarasvati extends a refreshing drink from her well of knowledge. In Hindu tradition, Sarasvati invented all sciences, arts and writing. In works of arts she is depicted as graceful, riding on a swan or sitting on an open lotus blossom. Due to her association with the swan, she is also called 'Hamsa-Vahini'- 'the one who rides on a swan'. According to Holy Scriptures she is mainly depicted in white, her complexion, garments, seat and vehicle, all are white which signify the purity of knowledge." After that reading, I was inspired to revisit my website and infuse some of these symbols as an inspiration for my brand. Stay tuned for that!

Then in May, I flew out to Maui to visit my mom and sister. As they say, Maui is magical, an energy vortex and THE crossroads where East meets West. From the moment I landed quite literally, miracles seemed to be flowing my way…unexpected surprises that could possibly be the start of more to come. As I think back on that trip, I am so grateful for all that I experienced. I’ve been to Maui before but this time seemed even more special and truly magical. I was more present, more aware and felt love all around me. Not to mention I kept seeing hearts pop up out of nowhere. I soaked up all the love Maui had to offer with so much gratitude. Check out my IG for some fun pics.

All the experiences and lessons over these months have brought me right to this very moment in time where I am pushing my fears aside and stepping into a deep inner knowing and purpose for where Galas + Grace is going. It all seems so fitting with the full moon this past week which marks the exact halfway point of 2015. This full moon energy sets the foundation for all that is to come in the second half of the year…more abundance, more love and more fun! It’s time to take all that has been planted in the first 6 months of the year and see how it now plays out. 2015 is the year of reward after all! Today I definitely felt that shift and am feeling reinvigorated more so than I have in weeks.

I’m excited to get going!! I’m also excited to reconnect with you once again. Please tell me what you have been up to these last few months…any fun trips, magical moments along the way or what you are most looking forward to in the second half of 2015?

I’m back and sending so much love your way!
